Popular around the world as a children's bassoon (age 6+) or a professional instrument for use in double reed ensembles, the Wolf FG4P+ is the fagottino most similar to a full sized bassoon in keywork and play-ability.
Pitched in F, this bassoon has nearly full standard keywork, including a working whisper key mechanism, down to low B-flat. Bb treble clef parts (eg. Bb Clarinet or bass clarinet) can be played with no transposition, while normal bassoon music can be read and played as normal but will sound a fourth higher.
